You can't search this stuff

The site has become almost impossible to search new posts. I guess the old postings are still available.

 

The titles of the subject mater is the main source of 'matches' for subject searches. Many of the titles posted lately seem to have less to do with subject matter and more to do with entertainment.
Just my opinion.

 

Do have a particular question?

 

No I don't, but I have had a lot in the past, and will in the future. Right now the car is done for this year's race and everything is shut down due to the virus.
This years car is the best so far, because of what I have learned here, and I want next years car to be faster yet.
I work on the car with my grandson and he can't visit right now so we are shut down..

 

Stay safe, but if I can be of help, feel free to ask. Maybe send the car into John's race and try and beat it later (whenever things open up); otherwise, hunker down!

 

Make sure to enjoy the time you spend with your grandson! Be sure to teach him what you have learned. You might not realize it, but he will be learning valuable life lessons at the same time. Meanwhile, stay safe and healthy. Continue to read and learn. If you have certain questions be sure to ask! B_Regal and others here are great about helping out.

When all of this is over you may have learned some new ideas that you can incorporate into next years car. Use this as an opportunity to teach your grandson about patience and perseverance. Good luck!

 

Flockshot apparently you're having difficulty due to my many posts and to that I apologize. I'm in failing health and am trying to do what you're doing with your Garndson with my Granddaughter. Being housebound for the most part the forum gives me something to do. If you'll look really close at my posts of late they are seeking information but yes in a humdrum way. As I'm fresh out of AWNAN and everything is new and somewhat confusing to me due to cognitive issues. I'm trying to do something with my granddaughter as long as I can before turning into a vegetable. I do enjoy humor and yes some of my posts are more humorous than informative. In a world of negativity especially now we all could use something to smile about.
