Fricken cracked that right front fender trying to resand/repaint to get the imperfections out!

Do you guys think I can clear right over the top of these stickers?

On Ice or Black Ice, what image should I go with?

Yep .. Clear over them it will be fine.. Far as fender don't sand it take CA GLUE and glue it back together it will be fine. Probably better then new..

You know it truly is my Favorite, (since its my drink of choice) but I can't run it around kids. hmm maybe make another strickly for NPWDRL. I'm a Den leader and on the committy for the Mid-America Pinewood derby.

 

Several years ago my son wanted a NASCAR themed car. He and I watched the races and he liked Dale Earnhardt Jr. So we built the car, got it all stickered up with NASCAR correct and contingency placement stickers. It never dawned on me to pay closer attention what I was actually building.

That year Dale Jr. was sponsored by none other than Budweiser. When we showed up, my son was proud, as was I, that car looked fantastic, or so we thought. We were allowed to race but asked not to bring another car themed with alcoholic beverages. I was embarrassed for not seeing this earlier. From that point forward the cars got a single color only.

I like where you are going with ON ICE, but if you really want a Tennessee whiskey I would go with George Dickel. But my personal recommendation would be a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey or Rye.

If you want a tribute whiskey car since the race is in Utah you could go with High West whiskey. I have had some of their products and they were nice.

Last thing is I would not go ON ICE but have your whiskey neat. But on ice can have its place on occasion.

They both look good. I had considered a whiskey named tribute car but have refrained because some people frown upon the beverage. But what can I say I like good American Whiskey.

Given the choice I say ON ICE that ICE car would give me nightmares.

 

Ice for a scout car, On Ice would look great on the NPWDRL track.

I can see that you do have some ability in the area of graphic design.
Did I ever see you race in the other "league"? I use that term loosely since it is more like 5 or 6 guys that get togther and race once a month.
Your graphic style seems very familiar to me.

Nice cars. I in favor of JD car. If for some reason the clear coat does mess up the graphic. Testor makes a sealant to use on image before the clear coat to protect it. I've used it before on RC bodies. Works great.
