Curious to know what the smallest degree of bend anyone has used for their FDW? My son has the no bend axle rule, but I was told not all axles out of the box are straight. I'm looking for the smallest degree of bend that would help keep his car rolling straight. If anyone in derby land has any finished axles with a small degree of bend for sale I would be interested in buying. Thanks Roger

First, you don't want it to roll straight. You can still build a rail runner. Either get a Plug N Play type of block or use your slots and insert the rears at a 3 degree angle and get at least a 1.5 degree bend in the front to steer the car. Narrow the front to keep the rears off the rail. No bent axles is another rule that can't be enforced without ripping every car apart.
